Alec's SSTC	Gives some great CW discharges	and entertained us all with a range of music	and sparks from the breakouts

Anders's Mikkelsen brought his SSTC from Norway	which After some running maintenance	Gave a great display	Derek Woodroffes Maggot

Shows its stuff	Derek Woodroffes Noah, Which failed totally due to being left in a damp car overnight	Earls Magnifier	Primary and Secondary

Tertiary	Joined by a feeder	Gave some large sparks	and power arcs

to a spherical earthed target	Cap Bank & Can crusher	Dave Bullimore's Cap Bank & Can crusher	The start of a DRSSTC

With some novel cooling	Karim's DRSSTC Gave a nice display	Sat on a trailer	Until the Variac failed.

My (Derek Woodroffe) SSTC2	My SSTC2 with a 1Kw Lamp Plasma globe	Me, Waiting for sparks from my OLTCII	Hay It Still Works.

And Continues to work..	Mark Hales Brought the last of his cubes of sodium. An placed then one by one into a bucket of water.	The Sodium was coated in oil and so took a while for the water to get into contact.	Contact !!

Another Peice, never got a really good contact with the water	The last peice was squashed to give a better surface area.	Mike Harrison looking deeply into his new Spark-O-phone.	Mike's Jacobs ladder-O-phone

Ans Mike's small Spark-O-phone. (The pan pipes of death?)	Paul Benham brought his Big coil	And displayed some large streamers	Philip Strauss brought his excelent 20" bonetti machine.

Which gave 15+cm sparks	Steve Connor arrives with his DRSSTC in tow.	The DRSSTC survived the train trip wrapped in Steve's Sleaping Bag. (Steve denys sleeping with it)	And it proceded to give excelent displays of sparks.

that were huge for its small size.	With no problems at all.	Steves DRSSTC with a spinner on top	Which It failed to move one inch. Where as My OLTC drove it quite well. See, DRSSTC's can't do Everything as well as OLTC's

I started the day badly. My secondary earth wire touched the inside of my secondary. 1/4 hour with emery paper and a sanding wheel, the coil was back working.	Ready for Demos.	My AD-OLTC entertaining the crowd with a rendition of Twinkle Twinkle. (Mental note, must change the tune!!) I blew an IGBT whilst power arcing to earth, One more defenceles transistor gives it life to the cause.	A member of the public (sorry I didn't get your name), brought his (rather nicely built) ignition coil for faulting.	Martin tries to determine why the output is poor.	Bob Takes a break..

Mike Harrisons Bipolar Marx, Suffering from damp and sawdust, but still giving 3' arcs.	Mike Harrisons cap bank "Interfaces" with a motherboard.	And again..	The "Jacobs laddder-o-phone of death"
Mike descovers a new way of cooking apples. A steel whire through the center and hook it up to the cap bank. Tastes rather metalic though..
